Return Policy

 

Customers are asked to obtain an Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) prior to returning any items. A Mesa Industries / Gunite Supply / Airplaco salesperson or authorized employee must complete an approved RGA form and assign an RGA number to your return. Please call our Cincinnati, Ohio office at 513.321.4511 to obtain an RGA. After this authorization, customers will be given a copy of the completed RGA form to include with the returned items.

Customers will prepay shipping charges and send the returned goods to the appropriate Mesa Industries / Gunite Supply / Airplaco location with a copy of the RGA. Customers will pack all items being returned in a manner to avoid any damages during shipment. Customers are responsible for paying postage and handling charges to our warehouse. This charge is non-refundable. Mesa Industries / Gunite Supply / Airplaco STRONGLY recommends that you FULLY insure the package you are returning. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, as Mesa Industries / Gunite Supply / Airplaco is not responsible for Products that are lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a "traceable carrier" that can provide you with "proof of delivery."

Once received, all authorized items being returned will undergo inspection and will be considered for any limited warranty that may apply. If items are deemed defective, Mesa Industries reserves the right to replace defective items or credit customer’s account in an amount not to exceed the original purchase price. In no event shall Mesa Industries be liable for any other direct, indirect, special, or consequential damage or expense. All authorized non-warranty return items are subject to a restocking charge to be established prior to return authorization. Standard Restock Charge: 20%. NOTE: Custom processed or assembled items may be deemed non-restockable and therefore return authorization will be denied.

RGA Authorization becomes Void 30 Days after issue date. If Products returned by customers do NOT meet the requirements described in this document, the merchandise will then be returned to the customer at his/her expense.
